WE ALL HAVE A STORY... AND HERE IS MINE.
HI, I'M AISHAÂ
but you can call me AMIRA.
Â
I’ve witnessed some of the most heartfelt, beautiful moments through permanent jewelry. Best friends getting linked together. Bridesmaids celebrating a wedding day. Women marking milestones, new chapters, or simply choosing themselves. Even when the interaction is quick, the connection is real. There’s laughter, emotion, intention - and that never gets old.
The moment it truly clicked for me was seeing my first client’s reaction. That instant excitement, the meaning behind it, the way something so simple could hold so much emotion - I knew this was more than a trend.
But permanent jewelry also represents freedom.
It gives women the ability to build a business that supports the life they want - not the other way around. Making your own schedule. Being your own boss. Staying home with your kids when you want. Traveling when you want. Creating income without sacrificing your entire body or your time.
It’s creative. It’s profitable. It’s flexible.
And for me, it checked every box.
MY STORY
I entered the hair world at 19 years old, working at a hair kiosk in the middle of the mall selling hair extensions and tools. I did that for five years and just two years in, I took a leap and opened my own kiosk. I ran that business for three years and during that time I realized something: I loved hair, but I wanted more.
So I went to cosmetology school and graduated right before COVID hit. I sold my kiosk and went all in on hair, working in a salon for about a year before thinking, nah… I can do this.
At 25 years old, I opened my first hair salon.
From the outside, it looked like success. But the burnout became very real. Long hours behind the chair. Constant physical strain. Then I was involved in a hit-and-run car accident, and everything shifted. Between the pain from the accident and the physical demands of doing hair all day, my body was breaking down.
I loved doing hair... and honestly? I was really good at it.
But I refused to sacrifice my body for a career.
At 29 years old, I knew I should not be feeling this way. I don’t feel guilty for stepping away.
Choosing myself wasn’t quitting - it was listening.
Permanent jewelry changed everything.
I was making the same amount of money working 2–3 hour permanent jewelry events as I was working 10 hours behind the chair. Yeah… you can do the math on that.
It made sense.
Permanent jewelry gave me my freedom back that I've always known- physically, financially, and mentally. It allowed me to travel, work less, earn more, and still fulfill that deep desire I’ve always had to be my own boss and build something on my own terms.
And I knew instantly: this is what I’m meant to do.

WHY DO I TEACH?
I decided to teach because I know I’m not the only one who has felt stuck, burnt out, or trapped in a career that no longer fits.
There is some gatekeeping in this industry - information being held back, people overcomplicating things, or making it feel inaccessible. I don’t believe in that.
I believe if you want to build a better life for yourself, you deserve access to the tools, knowledge, and confidence to do it.
I teach because I want to encourage as many people as possible to create the life they want and deserve. I want my students to feel supported, confident, and capable of doing anything they set their mind to.
My teaching style is simple:
No BS - but always loving.
Straightforward - but supportive.
I’m here to tell you the truth, guide you clearly, and remind you that you are more capable than you think.
Â
MY VALUES
Empowerment
I believe in empowering women to create financial independence, confidence, and freedom - on their own terms.
Leadership
I’ve always been a natural leader. People come to me for advice, direction, and encouragement - and I genuinely love that role.
Abundance Over Competition
There is room for everyone at the table. Always. We rise higher when we support each other.
Integrity & Quality
I care deeply about doing things the right way - with honesty, intention, and pride in your work. I pour my all into things I truly believe in.
Impact
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to encourage and impact people to be their best selves while I’m on this earth.
