Amira Academy (Amira Jewelry LLC), "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have, when you visit amiraacademy.com (the "Site") or purchase or use our courses, starter kits, trainings, and related services (the "Programs"). 

By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and account details — your name, email address, phone number, and login information.
  • Purchase and shipping details — billing address, shipping address, and the items you buy.
  • Payment information — your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems; we receive limited information such as a confirmation, the last four digits, and billing details.
  • Communications and submissions — information you share when you contact us, fill out a form, submit a testimonial or "Student Spotlight" response, schedule an in-person training, or otherwise interact with us.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information, IP address, and general location;
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, and referring/exit pages;
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from service providers such as our payment processor, our online course platform, our email/marketing tools, shipping carriers, and advertising or analytics partners.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process your purchases, payment plan installments, and orders;
  • Provide access to your course, deliver your starter kit, and schedule and run in-person training;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your questions;
  • Send you transactional messages (receipts, access details, shipping updates, account notices);
  • Send you marketing communications, where permitted (you can opt out at any time — see Section 6);
  • Operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Site and Programs;
  • Display and personalize content, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers who help us operate, including our online course/hosting platform, payment processor, email and marketing platforms, shipping carriers, scheduling tools, customer support tools, and analytics providers. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising partners. We may share limited information with advertising platforms (such as social media advertising networks) to measure and improve our ads and to show relevant content. Depending on your jurisdiction, certain advertising-related data sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable law — see Section 7 for your choices.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Amira Academy, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
 

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure and personalize advertising. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, and you may be able to opt out of certain advertising cookies through the advertising platform's settings or industry opt-out tools.

If we use a cookie banner or consent tool, your choices made there will also govern how non-essential cookies are used.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Programs, maintain your account and lifetime course access, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.

6. Marketing Communications & Your Choices

If you opt in or become a customer, we may send you marketing emails or messages. You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages related to your purchases, account, or support requests.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Access or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the rights described above and the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which it is used. 8. Children's Privacy

The Site and Programs are intended for adults. Purchases must be made by someone 18 or older, and where a minor participates, a parent or legal guardian must purchase and supervise (see our Terms & Conditions).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site and Programs may contain links to third-party websites, suppliers, or tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with your information.

11. Where We Operate

We are based in the United States, and our Programs are operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site or Programs after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
