Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 06/01/2026Β Last Updated: 06/01/2026

Welcome to Amira Academy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at amiraacademy.com (the "Site"), and your purchase or use of any of our courses, training programs, digital products, starter kits, in-person trainings, and related services (collectively, the "Programs").

The Site and Programs are operated by "Amira Jewelry LLC"] ("Amira Academy," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Site, creating an account, purchasing a Program, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Programs.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To purchase a Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract.

If a participant is under 18, the Program must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. That parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor, accepts responsibility for the minor's use of all Program materials and equipment, and agrees to supervise the minor at all times during the use of any welding equipment or tools.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Our Programs

Amira Academy offers permanent jewelry business training and related products. Current offerings may include, without limitation:

  • Online course access β€” self-paced training delivered through our online learning platform, with lifetime access to current lessons and future updates to that course.
  • Course + starter kit bundles β€” online course access plus a professional-grade physical starter kit.
  • Starter kit (tools only) β€” physical equipment without course access, intended for experienced practitioners.
  • In-person VIP training β€” live, limited-capacity, hands-on instruction held at a designated location.

The specific contents, inclusions, pricing, and availability of each Program are described at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or update any Program, lesson, bonus, or product component at any time. Where a Program includes "lifetime access," this refers to ongoing access to that course for as long as Amira Academy continues to operate the Program and the platform on which it is hosted; it does not guarantee perpetual access in the event the business or platform ceases operation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect Programs you have already purchased.

Payment plans. Where offered, payment plans allow you to split your purchase into scheduled installments. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method automatically according to the agreed schedule until the full balance is paid. You remain responsible for the full purchase amount even if you stop using the Program. If a scheduled payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Program and/or pursue collection of the outstanding balance, and you may be responsible for any related fees.

Promotions. Discount codes, bonuses, and limited-time promotional offers are valid only for the period and under the conditions stated. They cannot be combined unless expressly permitted and have no cash value.

Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes associated with your purchase.

4. Digital Product Access

For Programs that include online course access:

  • You will receive access to the online course promptly after your payment (or first payment plan installment) is successfully processed.
  • Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. Your login credentials may not be shared, sold, or used by anyone other than you (or, for a minor, the supervising parent/guardian and the enrolled minor).
  • We may, from time to time, update, improve, or modify course content.

5. Physical Products & Shipping

For Programs that include a physical starter kit or other equipment:

  • Starter kits and physical items typically ship within 7–10 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated. Online course access (where included) is provided immediately and does not depend on the kit shipping.
  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Please inspect your kit promptly upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 7Β days of delivery atΒ [email protected] so we can work with you to resolve it. We may require photos or the return of the affected item.

6. Refund Policy & Conditional Money-Back Guarantee

6.1 General Refund Policy

Because our courses provide immediate access to valuable digital content and intellectual property, course/digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except as expressly provided in the Conditional Money-Back Guarantee below or as required by law.

In-person VIP training: Fees for in-person training are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made by you. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Physical products: Due to the nature of welding equipment and supplies, opened or used starter kits are not eligible for return except for items that arrive damaged or defective (see Section 5).

6.2 Conditional Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our training. If you complete the Program as designed and still do not earn at least $3,000 from your permanent jewelry business within your first four to five (4–5) qualifying events, you may request a refund of the course portion of your purchase, subject to all of the following conditions:

  1. Complete the course. You must finish 100% of the course content within 30 days of receiving access.
  2. Apply the taught strategies. You must actually implement the strategies taught in the Program, including (without limitation) the booth setup, social media, and event booking/marketing methods provided.
  3. Host qualifying events. You must host four to five (4–5) permanent jewelry events within 60 days, and provide dated proof of those events along with sales receipts demonstrating that your total earnings from those events were under $3,000.
  4. Submit your claim on time. You must submit your refund request within 14 days of your fifth (5th) event, to [email protected], including all required documentation.
  5. Return equipment. For purchases that include a starter kit, you must return the equipment in accordance with our return instructions.

If your claim meets all of these conditions and is approved, we will refund the course portion of your purchase within 30 days of approval.

This is a conditional refund remedy β€” not a guarantee of income. We do not promise, guarantee, or warrant that you will earn any specific amount of money, including the $3,000 threshold referenced above. The figures above describe only the conditions under which a refund may be claimed. See Section 9 (Earnings Disclaimer).

We reserve the right to verify all documentation and to deny refund requests that do not meet every condition above or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or inaccurate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Programs and on the Site β€” including videos, lessons, written materials, workbooks, charts, pricing menus, sourcing lists, frameworks (including "The Amira Method"), graphics, logos, the names "Amira," "Amira Academy," and "Amira Jewelry," and all associated branding β€” is the property of Amira Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a Program, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for the purpose of building and operating your own permanent jewelry business. You may use what you learn in your own business.

You may not:

  • Copy, record, screenshot, download (except where a download is expressly provided), reproduce, resell, license, share, distribute, or publicly post any course content;
  • Share your login or grant access to any other person;
  • Use the content to create, market, or operate a competing course, training program, or curriculum;
  • Use our trademarks, brand names, or logos without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may expose you to legal liability.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and Programs lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our learning platform, or our servers;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or to other users' accounts;
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harassing behavior;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

9. Earnings Disclaimer (No Income Guarantee)

Amira Academy provides education, training, tools, and resources. We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of money, or any money at all.

Any earnings figures, event results, income examples, or student testimonials presented on the Site, in marketing, or within the Programs are examples of individual results and are not typical, promised, or guaranteed. Your results will depend on many factors that we do not control, including your effort, skill, consistency, practice, local market, pricing, marketing, business decisions, timing, and many other variables.

References to making your investment back "within a number of events," to specific student earnings, or to any income potential are illustrative only and are not promises or guarantees of your results. Purchasing a Program is not a guarantee of business success. You assume full responsibility for your own business decisions and outcomes.

10. Safety & Assumption of Risk

The Programs involve the use of welding equipment, heat, sparks, sharp tools, and metal materials, which carry inherent risks of injury or property damage if used improperly.

By purchasing and using any equipment or following any instruction, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for using all equipment and tools safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, applicable laws, and the safety guidance provided in the Program (including eye protection and proper technique);
  • You assume all risks associated with permanent jewelry work, welding, and the operation of any equipment;
  • You are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or business registrations required in your jurisdiction before offering services to clients;
  • You will not perform services on any person where doing so could be unsafe, and you will obtain appropriate consent from clients;
  • Amira Academy is not responsible or liable for any injury, harm, or damage arising from your use of equipment or your operation of your business.

The Program is educational and is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, insurance, or financial advice.

11. Third-Party Tools, Links & Suppliers

The Programs may reference or recommend third-party tools, suppliers, platforms, or websites (for example, equipment manufacturers or wholesale chain suppliers). These references are provided for convenience and information only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, services, content, pricing, availability, or practices. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that third party.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Programs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amira Academy and its founder, owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Programs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Programs will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the Program giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amira Academy and its founder, owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Programs; (b) your business, services, or interactions with your own clients; (c) your use of any equipment or tools; or (d) your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at [email protected]Β so we can try to resolve it directly. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site or Programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
